IndusLaw Advises on Borosil Limited’s QIP Worth INR 1,500 Million

IndusLaw provided legal counsel to Borosil Limited for its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) of equity shares, valued at around INR 1,500 million.

This transaction, completed within one day of its launch, marks the first QIP following amendments to SEBI listing regulations.

The IndusLaw team involved Partners Ravi Dubey and Anshul Roy, Principal Associates Mansi Jhaveri and Anjali Menon, along with Associates Anuj Kumar Gupta, Aditi Khandelwal, Bhaskar Kumar, Esha Gupta, and Megha Rajesh.

Borosil is an Indian glassware company based in Mumbai. The company is one of the largest glassware-producing companies in India, with a presence in the United States and the Netherlands.
