The first joint venture involves Havells Lighting LLC partnering with Krut LED LLC to develop lighting products and solutions under the Havells brand.
The second joint venture, Havells HVAC LLC, is collaborating with Salesmark Ventures to offer HVAC products under the Lloyd and Havells brands.
