HARMAN International Industries Inc. (HARMAN), a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, has agreed to sell its Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business to Wipro Limited at an overall deal value of approximately ₹3,125 crore ($375 million).

The DTS division provides product engineering and software development services to global clients. The acquisition will significantly expand Wipro’s Engineering, Research & Development (ER&D) offerings, particularly in AI-powered digital engineering, device engineering, and design-to-manufacturing services across industries including technology, aerospace, healthcare, industrial, and consumer sectors.
