Ms. Gayathri Ramachandran has returned to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in their Capital Markets Practice, and will be stationed in the firm’s Bengaluru office.
With over a decade of experience in corporate law, Gayathri has a strong foundation in capital markets, having been involved in high-profile transactions and advising private equity clients on IPO exits. Her background includes serving as the legal head at a unicorn startup and acting as in-house counsel for a prominent healthcare firm and a family office focused on PE investments.
Welcoming her back, Managing Partner Cyril Shroff expressed his delight, acknowledging that her extensive experience will significantly enhance the firm’s capital markets capabilities. Senior Partner Yash Ashar echoed these sentiments, highlighting her expertise in securities law and commercial insights gained from working on the client side, which will strengthen the Bengaluru office and the broader capital markets team.
