GameChanger Law Advisors acts on Speciale Invest investment in Morphing Machines
Morphing Machines has raised approximately ₹23 crore ($2.76 million) in a seed funding round led by Speciale Invest.
GameChanger Law Advisors represented Speciale Invest on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation. GLA also performed an extensive legal and regulatory due diligence on Morphing Machines.
The transaction team consisted of Amrut Joshi (Founder Partner), Samheeta Rao (Senior Partner) and Dia Shetty (Associate).
Morphing Machines Pvt Ltd is a closely held fabless semiconductor company based in Bangalore. Morphing Machines was launched from the Technology Entrepreneurship Initiative of the Indian Institute of Science at Bangalore.
