Fox Mandal: Vivek Jha Joins as Partner, Dipti Das and VC Mathews Elevated to Partnerships
Fox Mandal & Associates has strengthened its team by appointing Vivek Jha as a partner in its corporate practice at the Delhi office. Additionally, Dipti Das and VC Mathews have been promoted to partnerships. Das leads the dispute resolution practice in Mumbai, while Mathews heads the IPR practice in Delhi.
Vivek Jha expressed enthusiasm about joining the firm, highlighting the promising growth of the Indian economy and the increasing demand for specialized expertise from clients. His background includes stints at prominent firms such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Desai and Diwanji, Khaitan & Co, and Vaish Associates. Jha has advised on investments in healthcare, finance, logistics, and real estate sectors, providing strategic guidance on corporate compliance and structuring.
Dipti Das, with over two decades of experience, has been a key figure in dispute resolution. She has represented clients in various courts and tribunals across Maharashtra and beyond, handling arbitration, civil litigation, insolvency, corporate proceedings at the National Company Law Tribunal, and criminal defense matters. Das emphasized her commitment to teamwork and intelligence, quoting Michael Jordan: “Talent wins games but teamwork and intelligence win championships.”
VC Mathews, who has over 15 years of experience in intellectual property law, expressed his vision of enhancing the firm’s efficiency and delivering exceptional client service. Mathews’ expertise spans trademarks, copyrights, and designs, managing all aspects of intellectual property from complex clearance searches to registration and enforcement procedures.
