DAM Capital Advisors Limited is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO), which includes a sale of up to 32,064,010 equity shares by existing shareholders.
Trilegal is providing legal counsel to DAM Capital and the selling shareholders for this IPO. The transaction team from Trilegal includes Partner Abhinav Maker, Senior Associate Ajo Jomy, and Associates Debarpita Pande, Ipsita Sahoo, and Hriti Parekh.
Chandhiok & Mahajan is advising Nuvama Wealth Management Limited (formerly Edelweiss Broking Limited), which is serving as the banker for the IPO. Their team consists of Partner & Head of Capital Markets Niruphama Ramakrishnan, Senior Associate Pranav Gupta, and Associates Shashwat Bhutani, Keshav Srivastava, and Rishika Sharma.
This IPO marks the first public offering by a dedicated investment bank in India. The draft red herring prospectus was submitted to SEBI and the stock exchanges on September 3, 2024.
