Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mihir Rale as Partner and Co-Head of the Digital and TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications) Practice.
Mihir joins the firm from Disney+ Hotstar, where he served as Chief Legal Counsel, and brings over 15 years of legal experience spanning digital content, OTT platforms, media regulation, and IP law. He previously held leadership roles at Star India, playing a key role in shaping legal strategy during its transition into the digital ecosystem.
His deep domain knowledge and sectoral foresight will significantly bolster CAM’s presence in the digital and technology sectors, ensuring clients receive comprehensive guidance as legal frameworks evolve across these high-growth industries.
