Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is acting on behalf of the family branches led by Adi Godrej and Nadir Godrej. The team is led by Managing Partner Cyril Shroff, supported by partners Rishabh Shroff and Ramgovind Kuruppath. AZB & Partners is advising the branches led by Jamshyd Godrej and Smita Godrej Crishna. Settlement Agreement and Future Steps
The settlement arrangement includes a family settlement agreement and a brand and non-compete agreement, defining the mutual understanding regarding the use of the Godrej brand. This realignment is subject to necessary regulatory approvals.

Following the announcement of the family settlement, the Adi Godrej and Nadir Godrej group announced an open offer to public shareholders to acquire stock in Astec Lifesciences.
