Axiom5 and P&A Law Facilitate Approval for Complex Merger Involving Amazon and Clicktech
Clicktech Retail Private Limited has received approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for a composite combination that includes Amazon Asia-Pacific Holdings Private Limited, Appario Retail Private Limited, Clicktech Retail, and Frontizo Business Services Private Limited, among others. The CCI granted this approval on July 23, 2024.
