NowPurchase Raises ₹50 Crore in Equity and Debt from Multiple Investors

SaaS marketplace startup NowPurchase (Biz Hero India Pvt. Ltd.) has successfully raised $6 million (approximately ₹50 crore) in a combination of equity and debt funding. The round was led by existing investor Info Edge Ventures, with participation from Orios Venture Partners, several family offices, and angel investors.

Burgeon Law served as the legal advisor to NowPurchase on the fundraise. The team from Burgeon Law was led by Ankit Bhasin (Partner) and included Aastha Agarwalla (Senior Associate), Saransh Agarwal (Associate), and Akshita Mittal (Associate). In addition, Burgeon Law also represented investor Orios Venture Partners, with a team consisting of Anish Jaipuriar (Partner), Hardik Sabbarwal (Senior Associate), and Ashrika Rastogi (Associate).
