JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA), one of India’s law firms, announced the onboarding of Brijita Prakash as a Partner. She has joined JSA with a team of seven seasoned senior associates and associates. A specialist in property laws, Brijita Prakash has over 25 years of experience advising top clients in the real estate and renewable energy sectors, including Prestige Estates, Brigade Enterprises, and Godrej Properties. Prior to joining JSA, Brijita Prakash held the role of Partner at DSK Legal & Dua Associates, Advocates & Solicitors.

She has represented prominent developers and builders in Karnataka and regularly advises on complex issues related to title, urban development, and regulatory compliance within the real estate sector.
She regularly advises on the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA), consumer laws, and anti-competitive laws, and is adept at navigating consumer disputes and regulatory compliance matters.
