Current Pernod Ricard South Asia General Counsel Bijoya Roy to Transition to New Role in November
Bijoya Roy, the General Counsel for Pernod Ricard South Asia, is preparing to take on the role of Head of Legal at Google India. As per Roy, she is ready to take her new position at Google in November 2024.
A 2002 graduate of Symbiosis International University, Roy also holds a Diploma in Competition Law from King’s College, London. Her extensive career includes leadership roles at Tata Housing, Asian Paints, Kodak, The Insolvency Service, Thomson Reuters, and Flipkart.
At Pernod Ricard, Roy was an integral part of the leadership team and led the company’s compliance division. The news of her transition was initially reported by Reuters.
