Ash Tiwari, Hani Naja, and Joy K Gallup Bring Diverse Expertise to Strengthen Strategy and Client Engagement
The steering committee, composed of partner representatives from Baker McKenzie’s global network, plays a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategies for the firm’s India practice group.
Ash Tiwari, based in London, specializes in domestic and cross-border private M&A, joint ventures, and corporate governance. With a background at Allen & Overy, she advises European and American investors on investments in Indian infrastructure and industrial sectors, as well as Indian corporates pursuing assets abroad.
Hani Naja, situated in the UAE, focuses on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate structuring in the Middle East, particularly in the UAE and Qatar. His experience from DLA Piper and P&G includes facilitating strategic partnerships and supporting Middle Eastern companies and sovereign funds in expanding into India.
Joy K Gallup, operating from New York, brings extensive expertise in cross-border corporate finance transactions, including high-yield debt and structured finance products. Her role includes fostering trade and investment ties between Latin America and India, aligning with the firm’s global growth strategy.
