AZB & Partners provided legal counsel to Havells India and Havells International Inc. in relation to two significant joint ventures in the US.
The first involved Havells Lighting LLC’s partnership with Krut LED LLC, USA, concerning lighting products and solutions under the Havells brand. The second was Havells HVAC LLC’s collaboration with Salesmark Ventures, USA, pertaining to HVAC products from both the Lloyd and Havells brands.
The legal team managing these transactions was led by Senior Partners Hardeep Sachdeva and Priyamvada Shenoy, alongside Partner Gaurav Priyadarshi. They were supported by Associates Ananya Nigam, Ayushi Mukherjee, and Kujhatika Ghosh.
