Atlanta Electricals Limited, one of India’s leading transformer manufacturers, completed its ₹687.341 crore initial public offering (IPO), which included a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 3,810,895 shares by the selling shareholders.

Trilegal and JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised on the IPO which raised approximately ₹687.34 crore through a combination of fresh issue and offer for sale.

The IPO proceeds will be utilised for repayment of borrowings and funding the company’s working capital requirements.

The IPO was over-subscribed 70.63 times, with the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion witnessing a remarkable 194.92 times subscription. The company made a strong market debut, listing at a 14.59% premium on the bourses.
