Areete Consultants assists Hira Power in establishing operations in Bhutan
Hira Power and Steel Limited (HPSL), has established a joint venture in Bhutan to produce ferrosilicon and ferromanganese. The cost of the project will be INR 140 billion. The joint venture will enable Hira Power to expand its production capacity and create its footprints in Bhutan.
Areete team was led by partner Amit Singhania, and Shubham Sharma.
HPSL is one of the leading manufacturers of Ferro alloys. It has the production capacity of around 55000 MT of Ferro alloys per annum. This Ferro alloys is an essential component in the manufacturing of various grades of steels. It has electric submerged arc furnace of production capacity of 150 MT per day on full load operation.
