Amphenol Corporation Completes $2.1 Billion Acquisition of CommScope’s Mobile Network Business

Amphenol Corporation has successfully acquired CommScope Group’s mobile network division for $2.1 billion.

This deal encompasses CommScope’s Outdoor Wireless Networks (OWN) segment and its Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) business, which is part of the Networking, Intelligent Cellular, and Security Solutions (NICS) segment. The acquisition was formalized through a Purchase Agreement dated July 18, 2024, and is subject to typical post-closing adjustments.

This acquisition strengthens Amphenol’s presence and capabilities in the mobile network sector.
