Aishwarya Ananth Kumar, along with her team, has joined Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India as a Dispute Resolution Partner, following the merger of her Bengaluru-based litigation practice, Aishwarya Ananth Kumar and Partners, with the firm.
This merger aims to enhance Luthra & Luthra’s disputes practice in Bangalore.
Aishwarya Ananth Kumar is an advocate with over twelve years of experience, having practiced before the High Court of Karnataka, the NCLT Bengaluru, and various other courts in the region. She has handled complex, high-stakes litigation for entities such as the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board, the Karnataka Slum Development Board, the Bangalore Development Authority, and the Bangalore Waste Water and Sewerage Board.
Kumar, a 2012 graduate of Symbiosis International University, previously worked at J Sagar Associates.
