Advent International has initiated a multi-phase transaction, investing ₹2,475 crore into Apollo Healthco Limited (Apollo 24/7).
Simultaneously, Apollo 24/7 has acquired a minority stake in Keimed Private Limited for ₹725 crore, with intentions of merging Keimed into Apollo 24/7 eventually. The combined entity is valued at an enterprise worth of ₹22,481 crore.

Leading the transaction team were Puja Sondhi (Partner), Aayush Kapoor (Partner), Roma Das (Principal Associate), Prerna Saroha (Senior Associate), and Harjas Singh (Senior Associate). Shardul Amarchand has been a longstanding legal advisor to Apollo, representing them in previous significant transactions, including the acquisition by Sutherland.

This transaction aims to establish a leading integrated healthcare ecosystem with an omni-channel approach and nationwide presence, offering significant business synergies. It is subject to customary conditions precedent, including approval from the Competition Commission of India and AHEL’s public shareholders.
