JSA provided counsel on the Indian competition law aspects for Actis Holdings S.à r.l. (Actis) in connection with General Atlantic’s acquisition of Actis.

Kirkland & Ellis served as the international legal advisors for Actis. The acquisition will establish a new global investment platform with around USD 96 billion in assets under management.
Under this deal, Actis will become the sustainable infrastructure segment within General Atlantic’s worldwide investment framework.
