Former CAM Partners Aditi Singhvi and K Aishwarya Join Khaitan & Co’s Corporate Practice

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) Partners Aditi Singhvi and K Aishwarya have transitioned to Khaitan & Co, joining as Partners in its Corporate Practice.

Aditi Singhvi, a 2011 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur, brings over 13 years of experience in M&A and Private Equity. She has advised on significant deals in media, natural ingredients, glass manufacturing, and telecommunications. Singhvi will be working from Khaitan’s Mumbai office, following her seven-year tenure at CAM, and previous roles at AZB & Partners and Desai & Diwanji.

K Aishwarya, a 2010 graduate of National Law School of India University, has over 13 years of experience in corporate advisory, focusing on M&A, divestitures, and joint ventures across various sectors, including financial services, retail, and technology. She will join Khaitan’s Bengaluru office after serving CAM for more than eight years.
