Economic Laws Practice (ELP) provided legal counsel to Humm Care Private Limited (Company) in securing its seed round funding.
Established in 2020 by Carina Kohli, then 25, the Company focuses on offering digital healthcare services to women and families, addressing significant gaps in India’s traditional healthcare infrastructure. This funding will enable the company to scale its operations, expand its team, and enhance healthcare access for 31 million employees in corporate India.
The transaction was spearheaded by ELP’s team – Vinay Butani, Partner, and Aayushi Shah, Associate, at ELP.
