XSFinance and Investment Private Limited has successfully acquired a majority stake in Dhanvikas Fiscal Services Private Limited. The transaction, which marks a significant step for XSFinance in the fintech space, was advised by Areete Law Offices.
The legal team involved in the deal included Amit Singhania, Founding Partner at Areete Law Offices, alongside Hitesh Jangra, Associate, and Shivani Arora, Company Secretary.
XSFinance is part of the Waree Group, while Dhanvikas is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. This acquisition will enable XSFinance to expand its footprint in the growing fintech industry.
