Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co Advises GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited on the Transaction
GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited (GIL) has purchased a 10% share of Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) from Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide for approximately $126 million.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co provided legal counsel to GMR Airports on this acquisition. The advisory team was spearheaded by Jatin Aneja, National Practice Head of Infrastructure, Energy, and Project Finance, and included Prashant Sirohi, Aditya Mitra, and Madhvi Vangani.
This marks another significant transaction in GMR Airports’ ongoing relationship with Shardul Amarchand, following their recent involvement in the Vishakapatnam airport deal.
