Citadel Law Chambers successfully represented Tata Steel Limited and its subsidiary Angul Energy Limited in their merger application before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
The Mumbai and Delhi benches of the NCLT have granted approval for the merger.
The transaction was spearheaded by Citadel Law founder Ramya Hariharan, supported by Associate Partner Dipti Srivastava, Principal Associate Asmita Rakhecha, and Associate Soumyajit Saha.
