DSK Legal provided legal counsel and support to Malnad Project (I) Private Limited (“Company”) concerning the sale of 66,803 square meters of land within the Integrated Township located at Village Manjari Budruk, Taluka Haveli, District Pune.
This transaction also involved transferring the exclusive rights to develop an additional 2,79,253 square meters of land (“Property”) to Vypak Properties Private Limited.
