Rohit Tiwari transitions from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM), where he will serve as a Partner in the Capital Markets practice based in Mumbai.
Tiwari, a Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar graduate, brings over a decade of experience in securities law, specializing in advising clients across various sectors on public offerings of securities, including REITs, InvITs, IPOs, institutional placements, and bond issuances. He has previously contributed to Trilegal for a year.
