Khaitan & Co advises Warner Music India Private Limited on its strategic investment in Global Music Junction Private Limited, an entity of JetSynthesys, with undisclosed financial terms.
Khaitan & Co served as Warner Music’s legal advisor for this investment deal. Leading the team were Bhavik Narsana, Shweta Dwivedi, and Nishant Sharma.
The team received additional support from Tanu Banerjee, Ishan Johri, Akriti Sirsalewala, and Aditi Halder for media-related aspects, Nishad Nadkarni and Riya Karkera for intellectual property issues, and Deepak Kumar, Deeksha Malik, and Varsha Sankara Raman for employment matters.
