Marvell Technology, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Celestial AI, a company known for its advanced optical interconnect technology for AI-driven data centres.

As part of the transaction, Celestial AI’s Photonic Fabric platform will be integrated into Marvell’s product portfolio, strengthening its capabilities in AI infrastructure and cloud data centre solutions.
