TVS Infrastructure Trust, sponsored by TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks, has successfully listed its infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), raising over ₹1,300 crore.

The offering comprised:

  • Fresh issue of 10.5 crore units aggregating to ₹1,050 crore

  • Offer for sale (OFS) of 2.5 crore units aggregating to ₹250 crore by the selling unitholder

The proceeds will be used to fund growth, refinance existing debt, and for general corporate purposes.
