Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP has announced the appointment of Rohan Saha as a Partner in its London-based corporate practice.
With over a decade of experience in advising on sophisticated cross-border financing deals, Saha brings deep expertise in complex leveraged acquisition finance and sponsor-led transactions.
A graduate of the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad, Rohan Saha completed his legal studies in 2011 and has since built a strong reputation in the international finance market. He has advised a broad range of clients including investment banks, private credit funds, commercial lenders, subordinated debt providers, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers across jurisdictions.

Saha joins Cravath from Linklaters, where he was a key member of the finance team.
As part of his new role, Saha will also focus on deepening Cravath’s client relationships across India, further strengthening the firm’s global connectivity and cross-border capabilities.
His appointment marks a significant addition to Cravath’s growing London presence and reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to expanding its international transactional practice.
