Precept-Law Offices has guided Bhojraj Developers, a special purpose vehicle of Tarbiya Construction and Infrastructure, through its acquisition by BN Peak Power-4 Private Limited, a subsidiary of global renewable energy leader BrightNight.
The deal marks a significant step in BN Peak’s expansion strategy within India’s growing renewable energy market.
Transaction Highlights
The Precept-Law, spearheaded by Partner Manish Singh with key support from Senior Associates Seraj Khan and Vivek Vashisth, along with Associate Pooja Sharma, provided comprehensive legal counsel throughout the acquisition process. The transaction involved Bhojraj Developers’ 186 MW hybrid (solar and wind) power project currently under development in Agar, Madhya Pradesh.

This acquisition strengthens Florida-based BrightNight’s position in India’s renewable energy sector through its subsidiary BN Peak.
