AZB & Partners advised L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT) and Kaynes Semicon Private Limited (Kaynes Semicon) on the recent ¥2 billion cross-border transaction, which marks a significant milestone in India-Japan semiconductor collaboration. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
