AZB & Partners Advises Zuora on Acquisition of Togai to Enhance AI-Based Subscription Models

AZB & Partners advised Zuora Inc. on its acquisition of metering solutions company Togai to bolster its AI-driven, usage-based subscription models.

Zuora, known for its enterprise software enabling businesses to manage subscription services, will leverage Togai’s metering and rating solutions to enhance its offerings.

The AZB team was led by Senior Partner Darshika Kothari, with Partner Kunal Kumbhat and Associate Disha Mantry, and support from Associates Anushka Mehta and Khushi Bafna on due diligence. IP aspects were handled by Senior Associate Rashmee Kumar, employment aspects by Partner Nishanth Ravindran and Senior Associate Anushka Pemmaya, and tax considerations by Partner Aditya Singh Chandel, Senior Associate Suhail Bansal, and Associate Sarvagya Bilgaiyan.
